This is me as Android 21. Cell absorbed Androids 17 and 18 of course, but how did he go from bulky, fish-lipped Cell to slender, stalky Cell with a distinct, almost human-like face? Well, he absorbed Android 21 to get that distinct look and I am her. Check me out!
