Emperor Amanushi-no-Nobuseri

This is a photo of Emperor Amanushi right after he made a bargain to trade with the Nobuseri after they attacked the Old Capital. the deal was simple, "rebuild our capital and don't harass us again and we'll give you a share of our yearly income every year." The bandits agreed and gave him a golden medal as proof. He is wearing it in this photo. This photo was taken about a month before his health caused him to lose health and made him short and taut.
